The house is on the waterfront located on the East Arm of Greenwood Lake. The arm is a tributary off of the main lake. The advantage is a quieter and safer environment secluded from the hustle and bustle. The speed limit on the arm is controlled at five MPH. The main lake is a few minute cruise from the docks in the back yard where higher speeds are permitted for water skiing, boat rides and many other water sports.
